Falcon Bio Shredder FBS 500 is a 3-phase, engine-operated shredder. The Bio Shredder has been designed from the highest biomaterial and providing minimal disruption to the bioprocess. It is manufactured with the latest technologies in line with the stringent international quality standards. The Bio Shredder provides effective, efficient and economic removal of solid waste in all waste streams – waste from animal waste, fruit & vegetable waste and other organic wastes.
The unit has heavy-duty steel reversible hammers and a blade system for maximum rugged stand-up performance on all types of solid waste applications.
The Falcon Bio Shredder Engine operated FBS-500 is ideal for both office and industrial use. It is equipped with a powerful engine that runs at a speed of 3 RPM, generating 5 HP power and 3.7 kW of torque. The shredder has a cutting height of 1160 mm, a width 875 mm and weighs 90 Kg
