At RajAgro, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.

7-Day Exchange & Replacement Policy

Customers may request an exchange or replacement within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

Please note that exchange or replacement is only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any exchange or replacement request, it is mandatory to record a complete, clear, and uninterrupted video while opening the parcel (unboxing video).

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
  • Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly show the damaged product, if any.

Claims for damaged products without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange & Replacement

Exchange or replacement requests will be accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video is provided.
  • The product has not been used, modified, repaired, or tampered with.
  • All original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging are retained.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, installation errors, or negligence.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product performance.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.
  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer.

How to Request an Exchange or Replacement

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Record and save the complete unboxing video.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged product.
  3. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  4. Share your order details, photographs, and unboxing video.

Our team will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for an exchange or replacement.

Inspection and Approval

All exchange and replacement requests are subject to verification by RajAgro. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the replacement process will be initiated. RajAgro reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy requirements.
